Mistakes
This PSAT guide is extremely helpful in taking the PSAT test, but there are several mistakes in the answer guides for some practice math questions and several other questions in the practice tests that users should be aware of. These mistakes might be confusing to users who are unable to catch the mistakes and know the correct answers.

Barron's Real Estate Handbook
Published in Hardcover by Barrons Educational Series (May, 1993)
Authors: Jack P. Friedman and Jack C. Harris
Average review score:

Great for the beginner!
This is a great book to have a available for the beginner real estate agent. This book was essential in assistaing me in passing the Real Estate License Exam the first time. It allowed me access to tons of terms which aren't readily available in other books. Now that i am just getting started in selling real estate it has become a life saver when I run across terms I don't know. Sure, it's not something you would read next to the fireplace, but it's a nice reference to have sitting in the office!

Barron's Regents Exams and Answers: French, Level 3
Published in Paperback by Barrons Educational Series (January, 1996)

Average review score:

Good.
This book prepared me for the regents in no time. It is clear and straight forward, but it could be more concise at some junctures. Barron's has yet another winner.

Barron's Regents Exams and Answers: Latin
Published in Paperback by Barrons Educational Series (August, 1988)
Author: Kenneth J. Larkin
Average review score:

Pass a Test
If you want to pass a Latin test, this is a great way to get started. When I was studying for the AP Latin exam, this book came in extremely handy. My teacher recommended it for grammar review and she was definitely right. This is a good way to test your grammar skills -- by actually taking a test. It won't make you pass the test, but it will definitely be a big help when it's crunch time and you need a good way to study.

Barron's Regents Exams and Answers: U.S. History and Government
Published in Paperback by Barrons Educational Series (1999)
Authors: John McGeehan, Morris Gall, and William Streitwieser
Average review score:

Good Practice
This review book , as do all of the Red books by Barron's, offers good practice for those who know the cirriculum and need to reinforce learning or who need to re-remember information after the AP Exam. However, explanations are week and those looking for a comprehensive book that will supplement slightly lacking knowlegde, should look elsewhere.

Barron's SAT I Safari CD-ROM
Published in Hardcover by Barrons Educational Series (July, 1998)
Author: Barron's Publishing
Average review score:

Technical warning
I heard this CD is great, but it doesnt seem to work on Windows XP- I spoke to Barrons directly and they told me they are going to update it, but not yet (May 2003). You get a strange error message about "256 colors required" and the installation dies out. They have had this problem with other XP customers also.

Great resource for the sciences.
I believe that Barron's Science Study Dictionary is a must have resource for any one teaching (homeschooling) or just trying to understand the homework your child brings home from school. The definitions are easy to read and understand, and many include diagrams. In the back of the book are some zany science facts that you will find funny and interesting.

Business Law (Barron's Business Library)
Published in Paperback by Barrons Educational Series (May, 1990)
Authors: Christopher Dungan and Donald Ridings
Average review score:

Good reference book
Barron's Business Law is a good reference book for the small business owner. However, I feel that they try to cover too many topics. The topics range from how to incorporate to dealing with the IRS. None of the topics are covered in great depth. It is, however, a good starting point for the small business owner.
